Refunds and Returns Policy (Old)

Thank you for shopping with us. We value our customers and strive to provide the best shopping experience. However, we understand that there might be some concerns post-purchase. To this end, we have outlined our returns and refund policy for items that are damaged or have missing parts.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

Only items that are received damaged or are missing parts are eligible for a return or refund.

2. Return Window:

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 14 days of receiving the product.

3. Damaged Items:

If you received an item that is damaged, please take clear photographs of the damaged goods and the packaging it came in. Email these photos along with a detailed description of the damage to our customer service team.

Once we review and confirm the damage, we will initiate a return and refund process.

4. Missing Items:

If your package is missing an item, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a detailed description of what is missing.

Upon confirmation, the missing item will either be shipped to you or a refund will be initiated, based on your preference.

5. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

6. Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, in cases where the damage or missing item is confirmed to be our fault, we will bear the return shipping costs.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the fault was on our end.

7. Exceptions:

This policy only applies to items purchased from our online store. Items purchased through third-party sellers are not eligible for returns or refunds under this policy.

We cannot accept returns for reasons other than damage or missing parts as outlined above.
